Casual $33.96 per hour plus Superannuation (Level 4) Experienced Senior Florist Immediate Start.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated retail florist,
who will fulfill the following criteria, for our bricks and mortar florist shop:
Possesses excellent, professional customer service skills.
Will actively promote the Petal Patch brand and design styles
Self- manages working time with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Desire to continue learning and improving your skill set.
Accepts and understands that you will be working for a family run, small business
Has flexibility in availability.
Possesses a dynamic attitude where no task within the floristry job description, is too small
Values punctuality, strong communication skills, honesty and trustworthiness as key aspects of the workplace
Possesses the interpersonal skills needed to form working relationships with other staff.
This role is suitable for a florist with previous or current experience in floristry.
Do not assume this role is not for you, just because you may not possess TAFE training or other qualifications.
Recognised Prior Learning will be viewed positively, if this constitutes strong floristry techniques and capabilities.
